The surface of steel parts with a total weight up to 20t is processed with the finest steel grains. The dimensions of the sand blasting cabinet are accordingly large. 5m wide, 6m high and 18m long. The finest grains of sand hit the surface of the metal with a speed of 80m/s and take off layer by layer
Painting and Drying
Our modern production facility is designed to work on the steel parts as at an assembly line. The less must be ranked, the better. The sand blasting cabinet is followed by a 28m long painting booth, and a fully automated drying system.
Environmental Protection
The modern facilities carry out the most restrictive environmental regulations. For example, the beam is collected and cleaned by machine balls of dust and foreign material before they get back into circulation.
